Important Notes

For Australia, New Zealand, Singapore, Hong Kong, and select East & Southeast Asian regions: orders are shipped tax-paid (DDP) – no additional duties upon delivery.
- For all other destinations: orders are shipped DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid) and may be subject to local import duties or taxes upon arrival.
- Shipping times are indicative only. Customs clearance or local regulations may occasionally cause delays beyond our control.
- All shipments include tracking for your peace of mind.

Complimentary Return
We want every Monlisse piece to feel just right. If not, we offer one complimentary return per order within 14 days of delivery.
Return Conditions
- Items must be returned in pristine, unused condition, with original packaging and tags intact.
- Bespoke or personalised items are non-refundable.
- Once your return is received and inspected by our warehouse, your refund will be processed within 20 business days. Depending on your bank, it may take an additional 3–10 business days for the refund to appear in your account.
